Practice better has you all set up by default, but their templates may not use the specific wording that applies to the materials you are sharing with your clients.
Should you wish to update any of the language used when sharing updates with your clients, please follow the instructions below in order to make and desired changes.
Here are the steps you'll take:
1) Start by click the gear icon that represents your "Settings"
2) Select "Notification Preferences" from the list
3) Toggle over to "Client Notifications"
4) Scroll until you reach "Notification Templates"
5) Select your desired notification style by clicking the checkbox next to it, and then clicking "Edit Template"
