Sometimes when you select an image, you only want to frame one part of it, or place emphasis on a certain point. In the Wix Studio Editor you can not only crop images with ease, but you can also Adjust the Focal Point of an Image.
Follow these instructions:
Step 1: Visit the Full-Mode Editor & Navigate to your desired page
Step 2: Click on your Image as many times as needed to be sure you've selected the Image and ONLY the image. (You can always double-check using the Layers Panel, as pictured below that you are in fact clicked onto the image itself, and not the stack, cell, or section that it's a part of)
Step 3: Once you're properly clicked onto the image, you'll see some additional Image Settings pop up on-screen. Click the icon that represents "Focal Point"
Step 4: Drag the blue dot around as needed - your image will update in real-time.
**Important Notes:
You can apply these steps on the Tablet or Mobile Editor as well
If the image doesn't move when attempting to adjust the focal point, this means that the image fits perfectly where you've placed it and it may not have any wiggle room left to give without cropping the image.
